We are looking for a Medical Capabilities Strategy Lead who is passionate, strategic, and collaborative to join us in our Medical Affairs team, based in our headquarters office in Brussels, Belgium or another relevant EU hub.
About the role
You will be working in a team that elevates our medical capabilities to align with the evolving healthcare system. This involves monitoring the external healthcare environment, conducting benchmark analyses, and developing strong medical capabilities aligned with digital transformation and industry trends.

You will be working in a dynamic team of medical professionals, collaborating closely with global and regional stakeholders, including R&D, commercial teams, and external partners, to ensure the successful execution of medical strategies.

- Monitor the external healthcare environment and anticipate needs
- Conduct thorough benchmark analyses
- Develop and implement strong medical capabilities
- Share best practices and gather insights
- Design and implement capability-building initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver initiatives

- Demonstrated medical affairs experience at asset and/or regional or local level
- Ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture
- Proven project management skills
- Strong business acumen and focus on delivering customer value
- Effective communication, presentation, and engagement skills
- Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
