About this vacancy

As a process engineer, you are in charge of

• Designing blow flow diagram, heat & mass balances and P&ID’s
• Challenging plant layout (functional, safety, ergonomic, maintenance, etc)
• Sizing of equipment (tanks, heat exchangers,...)
• Reviewing the documentation of technology licensors
• Determining specifications of the principal equipment and instruments
• Support in HSSE engineering (hazid, hazop, etc)
• Reviewing project process

What we expect from you

• You have an engineering background (chemical, bioengineer, electromechanical,...)
• You have at least 5 years of experience
• You speak English on a professional level, Dutch is a plus
• You are mobile to Ghent, and are willing to work on site 5 days a week
• You love being involved in project’s technicalities
• You could evolve in a start-up environment
