A day in the life of…
As a Mixologist at Poppi Bar, you’re not just mixing drinks. You’re creating an experience. Each day begins with setting the stage: prepping fresh ingredients, checking stock, and ensuring every glass, tool, and garnish is ready for the night ahead.
From the first order to the last, you’re the artist behind the counter, crafting cocktails that capture the spirit of Poppi Bar. With each drink, you’re sharing stories—whether it’s a guest favorite or a custom creation designed just for them.
Your work is more than cocktails; it’s connection. You engage with each guest, guiding them through our unique selection and ensuring everyone feels like a VIP. As the night goes on, you stay on top of stock, adjust to demand, and keep the bar lively, inviting, and memorable.
By the end of your shift, you’ve created lasting memories for our guests. And you’re already looking forward to the next round—new flavors, fresh ideas, and countless more stories to tell.

What do we need from you?
With at least 2 years of experience in mixology or bartending, you’re confident in English, and Dutch is a plus. Your passion for craft cocktails and your ability to engage warmly with guests are key.
