Purpose of the roleYou conduct thorough research on various legal issues, meticulously analyzing relevant laws, regulations, and case law to support the development of legal strategies. You assist in the careful preparation of case files for litigation, ensuring the effective collection and organization of all necessary documents . Additionally, you serve as a key liaison between clients and the business, ensuring clear communication and providing clients with timely updates on the progress of their cases. Your role encompasses not only gathering and interpreting legal information but also ensuring that clients are well-informed and supported throughout the entire legal process.

Your responsibilities:

• You will deal with legal and administrative matters of a multinational Group
• You will provide internal legal and administrative support to our local team
• You will coordinate legal and technical tasks and files in coordination with our legal department and our legal officers all over the world
• You will liaise with 3rd parties: auditors, banks, legal and finance teams, colleagues from abroad…
• You will assist the Manager and the Senior legal officers in their day-to-day management

Requirements

• You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience within the trust industry, private equity firm as paralegal or junior legal officer, or junior legal assistant in a fiduciary company, a law or a notary office
• You have a good knowledge in terms of company law for holding/soparfi companies
• You speak and write fluently in English and French. Dutch or German is an asset
• You are service-oriented, have good communication skills, are rigorous and organized
• You like working in a team being proactive and solution oriented
• You can work accurately and under pressure
