We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Pricing Administrator to join our Distribution Team based in Oudenaarde, Belgium. The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor Billing and Pricing and play an important role in supporting our billing and pricing operations across multiple distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate:

• Conducts daily accurate billing and pricing checks for all our distribution channels.
• Serves as the primary contact for sales offices regarding billing and pricing inquiries and issues.
• Performs the daily booking of retail sales transactions for all European retail stores.
• Supports pricing maintenance with the relevant company systems.
• Maintains master data (customer data and related systems)
• Provides ad hoc reporting and support within the distribution administration team as required.

Applicants should ideally have:

• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent planning and numerical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Resilience under pressure and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
