JOB DESCRIPTION
As Product Manager you will be responsible for a wide variety of medical devices for peripheral intervention. You will play a pivotal role between stakeholders for your product portfolio. Your roles will include:
- Market Explorer: Dive into the unique dynamics between the Netherlands and Belgium to inform our strategies and initiatives.
- Transition: Play a key role in the successful implementation of critical business transitions, including MDD/MDR regulations and product lifecycle strategies.
- Spider-in-the-Web: Team up with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive sales and new product launches.
- Customer Engagement: Meet up with customers, gather their needs and translate these needs into actionable strategies.
- Financial Dynamics: Support financial planning and forecasting and keep track of your product portfolio.
- Decision Dynamo: Become a trusted partner in the decision-making of the business unit, bringing your insights to the table.
- Product Champion: Act as the go-to person for product pricing management, strategic sales support, and market data analysis.
- Relationship Builder: Reinforce partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical associations, and patient groups while working with the clinical and sales teams.
- Market Innovator: Lead the charge on market development and support product launches.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
- A motivated go-getter with a few years of experience in business development, sales, or something similar.
- Strong interest in peripheral healthcare.
- A fantastic communicator who thrives on collaboration and building relationships: someone who loves to be the spider in the web and is pretty good at it.
- Fluent in English and Flemish and a strong foundation in French.
- A creative thinker who loves analyzing trends and uncovering customer needs.
- Eager to make a real impact and drive growth in a fun environment.
- Location: preferably Antwerp to commute easily to the office in Olen (1 day per week). Open for other central locations.
- Flexible in terms of co-traveling towards customers.
