Mission
The RPS Product management team and R&D team is responsible for planning, forecasting, designing, monitoring & advising on products. The QA/RA support will help both teams:
- Defining the production constraints for RPS consumables
- Identify and support teams and customer in the regulatory applicable rules
Challenges we trust you with
The Product Manager (QA/RA) will analyse the market and business opportunities with the objective to support the customers. The focus will be on all QA/RA opportunities of service delivery.
- Defining and maintaining the “rules of the game” for the consumables production for the RPS chemistry modules with main focus on ISO 9001/14001 by setting up processes and related procedures. Active followup, training and support during implementation.
- Ensure consistency, awareness, maintenance and validation of the associated QMS
- Support Bid Teams with refined project specific regulatory constraints
- Develop the associated services
- Define and issue business performance reporting, create and define dedicated KPIs, advise and implement corrective actions to improve or secure services
What we value
You have:
- QA and RA experience (3 years minimum)
- Excellent analysis capabilities
- Hands-on solutions finding skills
- Networking skills
- QA/RA experience in medical context is a plus
- English : Fluent
- Portuguese is an plus

- An excellent communicator at all organization levels
- A good team-player
- Eager to learn continuously about Products, Market & Organization changes
- Well-organized and to the point
- Based or will be based in Belgium
