As project coordinator, you will support our Cold Beverage center in daily projects qualification and allocation. You will make sure that opportunities, brought by our sales team, are well defined in our system. You will be a pillar in analyzing our sales vitality, opened and closed projects and will follow-up important projects with our sales team to make sure we are successful. Together with the local team and our other sites, you will create a strong forum to discuss projects by managing the collaboration with internal stakeholders like Marketing, Sales, Application and Creation. Your key mission will be to be the gate keeper for customer projects and to make sure that our projects are well set-up in our system to give the right level of support to the brief. You will be an operational and strategic support for cold beverages.


Your key responsabilities

• Review daily projects, organize and run daily Morning Meeting including project screening, data quality, compliance check, communication. You will support project coordination between Technical, Sales, CSI and Marketing teams in zone EUR.
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and quaterly projects related reports to management team.
• Take proactive steps to prevent non-compliances (screening on projects/ SC, sharing of finding and supporting improvement by ACM/CA)
• Post mortem analysis of lost projects and support of implementation of improvements.
• Superuser for project systems and keep a close network with zonal and global ATLAS Super user community and shares findings, best practices, issues and experience
• Support management team during key intitiatives and meetings

You bring

• Bachelor degree with minimum of 5 years of experience supporting key functions such technical community, sales, project management,...
• Experience in the flavor industry preferred
• Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills on all levels from shopfloor to top floor, strong business acumen.
• Good presentation skills and ability to convince key stakeholders is key
• Data driven person with excel skills and interest in systems
• Fluent in English, dynamic, organized with attention to details, rigorous, growth and process improvement mindset, and ability to take decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment.
