• Coordinate the implementation of regional projects and certain global projects in the EU&A region.
  • Liaise with global stakeholders to assess timeline and feasibility in the region.
  • Help identify EU&A stakeholders.
  • Support the initiation and implementation of projects.
• Support the organization with regional Business Planning Management tasks.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly Accountability Report presentations.
• Facilitate and gather EU&A work for Budget 2025.
• Support on Ad hoc Business Continuity tasks.
• Organize and facilitate the flow of communication, processes, and needs among EU&A Departments
  • Identify process improvements.
  • Support and coordinate the work to implement necessary changes.

• You are driven by hands-on tasks and interaction with stakeholders at different levels.
• You have interest and curiosity towards project coordination.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of any additional language(s) is a plus.
• You have excellent communication skills.
