DNV Business Assurance Netherlands is looking for inspiring Sector Leaders to manage the MSC business in the pertinent sector instructions, including operations, resource management, manning and organizational structure.About the role for Internal Candidates
To further facilitate the growth of our Information Security sector in Belgium, DNV Business Assurance is looking to recruit a Sales Executive Information Security to join our Sales Benelux team. The Sales Executive will achieve sales targets and ensure the development of the Information Security sector & relevant new services to meet DNV requirements.
In this role, you will be challenged to fully utilize your commercial, business, and technical acumen and competencies to lead, work with, and provide substantial value to the sales team by achieving the growth ambitions related to all sectors.
You will be a key leading member in designing and developing our service offering and market approach and work with cross-functional units in management systems certification, training, and a variety of other services.
In this role, you report to the Area Sales & Training Manager Benelux.
Key Tasks
This is a dynamic and diverse role with a wide range of activities:
  • Face of the Company: You are the face of DNV for information security in Belgium, representing DNV in all manners by performing sales & acquisition visits.
  • Sector Ownership: You take ownership of the goals and targets for the information security sector, defining and implementing plans and actions to meet sales targets.
  • Create Business Opportunities: Your commercial, business, and technical acumen creates opportunities for DNV that benefit our (potential) customers. You create customer-fit proposals and win contracts.
  • Build Relationships: You will build lasting relationships with customers, consultants, and colleagues to be successful in your role.
  • Find Solutions that Work: You get to know your customers by thoroughly interviewing them, understanding their business needs, and delivering a precise problem analysis. With this knowledge, you will build a customized solution from our portfolio that has a real impact on their organization.

Here’s what we’re looking for in a preferred candidate:
  • Sales Experience: You will receive excellent induction training of our tools over several weeks, but you need to have a previous background in sales positions.
  • Proven Winner: You live with sales targets and KPIs as part of your daily business. We are looking for people who are target-driven and can demonstrate exceeding them.
  • Desire to Drive: You are a leader with strong project management skills.
  • Organized: This is a fast-paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work accurately and well under pressure.
  • Energetic: We are looking for lively, hungry, ambitious, energetic team players.
  • Relationship Builder: In this role, you need to build and maintain relationships at all different levels with prospects, customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  • Language Skills: A good command of Dutch and English is necessary in writing and speech. French would be a bonus.
