Room Raccoon is a leading property management platform dedicated to revolutionizing the Benelux hospitality landscape. We empower independent hotels with innovative technology solutions, driving their success and shaping the future of hospitality. Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming hotel operations and guest experiences across Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxenberg.
What will you be doing?
- Follow up on demonstration requests (& other marketing-qualified leads)
- Full sales cycle management
- Identify prospect decision-makers, uncover critical business issues, stimulate interest
- Schedule demonstrations while making and tracking activities
- Ensure a smooth handoff to Implementations upon closing
- Ensure (CRM) data integrity
- Enrich our Inbound marketing activities with your local market/cultural insights
- Stay current on industry issues/trends and competitive offerings
- May be required to prospect in-person locally and/or travel
- Other duties as required
Requirements?
- Non Negotiable: Language: Native in Dutch or French (Secondary: Dutch or French)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations.
- Compelling Communicator: You captivate audiences, tailor your presentations to meet specific needs, and foster trust through clarity and confidence.
- Strategic Thinker: You excel at analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven: You consistently exceed targets, driven by a blend of passion and competitive spirit.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: You anticipate needs, propose solutions proactively, and take the initiative in challenging situations.
