At Cebir, we are committed to helping our clients improve and facilitate their recruitment and training process. We are currently looking for a motivated and talented Sales Manager (NL-Eng/Fr-Eng) to play a key role in our upcoming growth and success.
Job Description
You will be responsible for a hybrid role in key account management and commercial development, covering Belgium. Responsibilities include managing key accounts and a sales team of external and internal representatives. You will be responsible for leading the commercial side of our growth over the coming years and help the company reach international levels. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of similar experience, have experience in HR and Saa S, and are familiar with B2B sales processes and tenders. Responsibilities
Key Account Manager (70%)
- Manage key accounts, including public markets, with a proactive approach (Hunter).
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients (Farmer).
- Drive commercial development in Belgium and abroad.
- Manage and motivate a sales team consisting of 5 external and internal sales representatives.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of sales strategy, with initiatives to improve performance and increase revenue.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
- Coaching and Development: Provide regular support and coaching to help each team member achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Customer Relations: Work with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train new sales team members, ensuring continuous skill development.
- Mindset: Willingness to have a significant impact on a multidisciplinary team, someone who is a real people person, hands-on, wants to lead a team in creating the most value for our customers and creating the best customer experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual FR/ENG or NL/ENG, with a good knowledge of the second national language.
- Experience in B2B with long-term sales processes.
- Familiarity with tenders.
- Experience in service sales, Saa S software sales is a plus.
