About the Role

- Build epic relationships with media agencies, digital agencies and advertisers. You’ll be
sleeps.
- Innovate, create, and lead in the fast-paced world of video marketing. You’re the one
- Keep it digital. You’ll navigate You Tube, BVOD, and all things social media like a pro,

journey on the Belgian market?
Responsibilities
- Market Channel Factory solution to media agencies, digital agencies and direct clients.
- Responsible for creating the sales strategy and executing it into growth opportunities
- Manage the day-to-day work with Account Management team.
- Track market trends in video, So Me and digital marketing.
- Lead the way and take ownership of agencies and partnerships.
- Finds new sales opportunities through networking and develops long term
- Manages the entire sales cycle from prospecting a new client and presenting Channel
- Provides actionable insights and solutions to agencies based on their video advertising
partnerships.
- Educates agencies on why Brand Safety and Brand Suitability on You Tube are
- Forecasts, tracks, and reports sales performance including budget, timelines,
- Collaborates with internal Channel Factory teams (Client Solutions, Ad Ops and
alignment with the clients’ campaign objectives
- Reporting to Country Manager Belgium
- Minimum 2-4 years of digital ad sales experience towards agencies or digital marketeer
- Strong agency and advertisers established relationships
- Knowledge of Belgian media research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Ability to lead, collaborate and work autonomously in a fast-paced entrepreneurial
- Effective problem-solving skills. Specifically, the ability to assess clients’ needs and
- Possess understanding and ability to analyze clients’ business marketing objectives,
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional
- Hold a level of knowledge regarding the different systems, DV360, GAds, Salesforce,
- Ability to execute a high number of pitches, meetings, and follow-up conversations.
- Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
- Willing to improve every day
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
