Sales Representative - Lacoste Kids (BENELUX)

The company has experienced rapid growth since its inception and already has over 500 employees throughout Europe .
We distribute our products both in wholesale, working with major specialized or multi-brand retailers, and in retail, through our in-store corners in department stores.
In concrete terms, this means that if you buy children’s apparel (ages 0-7 for Nike and 0-16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether it’s in-store, online, in France, Romania, or any other European country, the product in your hands has passed through our hands even if you bought it in a Nike or Levi’s store!
To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a Sales Representative
YOUR MISSIONS
As part of the Haddad Brands Europe sales team and reporting to the Sales Director EMEA Premium Fashion, the team member will be fully involved in the development of Lacoste Kids brands.
SALES DIMENSION :
- Develop the children's product range within Franchise (Family stores).
- Track the performance of the children’s range proactively
- Recommend restocks for the fastest-selling products.
- Suggest alternatives for underperforming product lines.
- Advise and implement actions aimed at boosting the performance of the children's range, in alignment with the partner and within the allocated product range capacity and the brand’s visual merchandising strategy.
- Present collections in the showroom and input orders into the sell-in system. Visit all franchise locations each season and conduct business prospecting (50% of the time).
- Maintain high-quality relationships with the brand’s franchise partners.
- Foster close ties with the brand's regional teams responsible for monitoring core product lines.
- Actively and effectively participate in seasonal assortments for franchise stores in collaboration with the Account Planning and Merchandising Planning teams.
- Serve as the key liaison among various support functions within their scope (coordination with accounting, customer service, IT, etc.).
- Participate in the creation and/or optimization of SELL IN tools. Monitor orders and system integration (Salesforce).
- You have one or more successful experiences in the Premium Lifestyle sector.
- You are organized, proactive, and autonomous.
- You are motivated by challenges and committed to achieving your goals.
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are comfortable with computer tools and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point).
- A valid driver’s license (Category B) is required.
- Start Date : ASAP
- Location : Belgium - valid driver’s license (Category B) is mandatory.
