Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson for our luxury and chocolate boutique. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, promote premium products, and create a memorable shopping experience for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- Drive sales, meet targets, and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of luxury goods and Belgian gourmet chocolates.
- Maintain high visual standards and manage stock.
- Build strong customer relationships and offer after-sales support.
- Handle transactions and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Passion for luxury products and customer service.
- Fluent in English and Chinese is a MUST, additional languages are a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to use POS systems.
