Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Achievement of global sales revenue targets:
o You are responsible to define the account plan for each of your clients and to keep it updated throughout the year
o You plan sales, and work with our finance team to finalise budgets for the fiscal year
o You work with the global Kynetec account team to understand needs and priorities
o You conduct global sales meetings, and prepare proposals based on client needs
o You follow-up on sales initiatives, and drive those towards success
o You are responsible for administrative tasks around sales bookings and invoicing
o You keep track of sales revenue targets for your clients

Account management & client presentations
o You build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders. This means setting up regular client engagement meetings to work on a joint plan.
o You handle client complaints & find solutions to issues raised
o You are responsible to set/organize meetings with the right Kynetec and client stakeholders. You also give input/feedback to the presentation materials that will be used during each presentation, prior to the meeting.
o You stay close to our key client contacts to understand their current market situation and to adjust the meeting content to meet clients’ needs and expectations.
o You define who presents what during client meetings, ensuring the best team possible is in front of the client.
o You keep notes summarizing the minutes of the meeting and you are responsible to share these with the clients and the Kynetec stakeholders.
o You follow-up on the topics/questions raised during the meeting.
o In case of a request for quotation, you are responsible to identify the right team to write the proposal, to send the proposal, to pitch the proposal, and to follow up on the proposal until commissioned.
o You also stay close/involved in client meetings during product delivery to understand and capture clients needs throughout the project, and to look for opportunities after project completion.

Business Development:
o You work on sales pipelines
o For new business, you work closely together with our Business Development unit
o You take meetings and prepare for prospect/client meetings – introducing our product portfolio
o You work on proposals based on briefings from clients

Requirements:
Essential –
o You have 5+ years of experience in a commercial based role (Account Management, Client Management, Sales)
o You have 5+ years of experience working in global agricultural markets – Across both crop protection and seed
o You have a deep understanding of panel data, and possess the analytical capabilities to work with our deliverables and our query tool
o You have previous experience presenting for large audiences – In person and online
o You have experience in negotiating and enjoy finding solutions for all parties
o You have significant experience in working directly with our clients
o You have fantastic communication skills and have experience working with our global, regional and local teams

Preferred –
o Experience in Custom Insights or Subscription Market Research, working directly with Agriculture based clients
o Experience in multiple commercial roles across several Agriculture organisations
o Additional language skills
