Job description
As a Senior Service Reliability Engineer at AXA, you will be a key member of the IT Service Management team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of AXA's applications and systems. You will work closely with development teams to build and maintain reliable solutions, taking proactive measures to anticipate and mitigate potential failures that might impact reliability and performance.
Your deep knowledge of cloud environments, automation via tools, and infrastructure-as-code developments will be essential in achieving high application and service availability and resiliency against failures. In addition to driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, you will play an active role in emergency response situations.

What We Offer
As a Senior Service Reliability Engineer at AXA, you will be a key member of the IT Service Management team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of AXA's applications and systems. You will work closely with development teams to build and maintain reliable solutions, taking proactive measures to anticipate and mitigate potential failures that might impact reliability and performance.
Your deep knowledge of cloud environments, automation via tools, and infrastructure-as-code developments will be essential in achieving high application and service availability and resiliency against failures. In addition to driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, you will play an active role in emergency response situations.
- Monitor information and sources to generate alerts and warning on potential issues before they impact the systems or applications.
- Analyze configuration and behavioral issues and deploy technical solutions typically via tooling automation or infra-as-a-code scripting.
- Assess reliability criteria and best practices are met and implemented as designed.
- Drive culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization, working closely with Dev Ops, architecture & security.
- Play an active role in emergency response situations.
- Participate in the assessment of application and service architecture to ensure reliability, availability, and performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture by identifying and implementing enhancements to strengthen the reliability and performance of systems.
Your Profile
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in an Dev Ops ecosystem, containing one or multiple performance tools, of which at least three years as technical consultant, developer, or architect.
- You hold a master's degree in computer sciences, engineering, or related fields.
- Possession of certifications from cloud service providers such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- A certification in Dev Ops methodologies and tools, such as AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert, or equivalent, showcasing proficiency in automating and streamlining cloud operations.
- Possession of Dynatrace certifications such as Dynatrace Professional, or Master certification demonstrating advanced knowledge and proficiency in Dynatrace application performance monitoring
- Problem solving and analytical skills, able to analyze complex systems, troubleshoot issues, identify potential solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to present complex technical findings in a clear way that’s easily understood by everyone.
- You are a team player and have the talent to cooperate with colleagues in a changing and fast evolving environment.

provide 24/7 support.

- You show very good oral and written proficiency in English.
