Contract: Full-time internship / 200€ indemnity per month.
Location: Brussels.
Start date: ASAP.
[Please note you will need to be based in Belgium and to have a European valid visa/work permit to be eligible for the role]
Your responsibilities
As our SEO Intern, you will assist in maintaining and enhancing our SEO efforts by performing the following tasks:

As part of our Linkbuilding initiatives, run outreach programs to companies for backlink acquisition based on research done via search engines like Google and SEO Tools like Semrush or Ahrefs. This includes:

Identifying Web Listicles, anchor text mentions and other relevant platforms where we can request mentions and backlinks.

Identifying No Follow links and reaching out to the right contacts converting them into Follow links.

Identifying Unlinked Mentions and reaching out to secure backlinks.
-
Monitor Lost or Broken backlinks and assess their potential recovery value.
-
Identifying guest blog opportunities and build relationships with high-DA (domain authority) websites
-
Identifying Web Listicles, anchor text mentions and other relevant platforms where we can request mentions and backlinks.

Be in charge of URL redirects as part of our Content SEO efforts: these are created in our CMS (Wordpress) and an internal backlink analysis must be performed every time a page is redirected.
Your tasks
-
Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager and Content team to execute effective backlink strategies.
-
Work with our content team to develop ideas for guest posts, collaborations, and other linkable assets.

Conduct research using SEO Tools, Search Engines and AI Tools, to identify relevant backlink opportunities.

Assist in creating and executing outreach campaigns to generate backlinks, including email drafting, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Communicate with external stakeholders to request backlinks and collaborate on outreach efforts.

Utilize SEO tools to track, analyze, and improve our backlink profile.
-
Assist in ensuring a smooth user experience and SEO Technical profile by handling URL redirects and resolving any backlink-related issues.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field.

Interest in SEO, digital marketing, and website management.
-
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in drafting outreach emails.

Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Keyword Planner.

Proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience with CMS tools (e.g., Word Press).

Previous experience in digital marketing or outreach.

A background/interest in sales or cold outbound.
-
Basic knowledge of HTML or website optimization.

Experience with App Store Optimization or App Marketing.
