TASKS / FUNCTION

• First line support: Responsible to handle the first level of user request management, identification of problems and communication of the solution towards a specific or all users. Escalate to second line support if needed.
• Incident Management : Responsible to assess, qualify, assign and manage incidents and escalate to suppliers and/or second/third line support if needed.
• Service Desk Management: Assets Management, New laptops rollout, small project management such as: OS upgrades, patching of User laptops, Management of our business tools (first level), …
• Documentation: Responsible (under the supervision of the IT Manager or Solution Architect) for the documentation of IT operational processes and first line support procedures.
• Troubleshooting Software and Hardware : Responsible for Troubleshooting issues reported by the end user. These issues could be software related or can be related to malfunctioning hardware. You will also be part of the maintenance team for all IT-systems.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Passion for IT, Helping other people, Resilience in support the non IT user to help them.
• 3 to 5 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft environment desktop, Active Directory, MS365 Entra, Teams Admin, Azure Exchange, Share Point.
• Experience in troubleshooting client related issues related to the used tools : Microsoft, Office, …
• Additional Experience with are a plus but not explicitly required:
• DNS, ethernet/IP configuration, network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (powershell, vbs, …).
• Languages: FR, NL, ENG.
• You are customer-minded, solution-oriented and you always tend on helping people,
• You are eager to learn and discover new technologies.
• You are an analytical problem-solver who also has a knack for being a good listener and able to manage priorities.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are well organized, structured and able to work independently and within a team.
• SCRUM/Agile is known to you.
