Introduction:
Within SHAPE SUPPORT J1 HRD, there is a recurring requirement for external/contracted support over a wide spectrum of functional expertise/IT to support the HRDS applications via the HRDS Programme of Work (Po W). This RFQ’s Contractor’s personnel will deliver MS Share Point and workflow engineering support and related services to perform the design, delivery, and management of MS Share Point functionality and digital business processes within and among the HRDS applications and to assist other members of the HRD team as they deliver related business functionality using the HRDS applications suite.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• A university degree in computer science or similar discipline;
• OR higher secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to a formal technical or professional certification with 2 years’ position-related experience;
• OR secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation in database administration with 4 years’ position-related experience;

The above education requirements may be waived if the candidate can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years in the administration and programming of the current HRDS workflow software suite, including Genpact Cora Se Quence™, as well as a Genpact certificate of completion of training on Se Quence, also within the last 5 years.

• At least 1 year of experience in the last 7 years performing workflow development using Genpact Cora Sequence™ 8+ or another similar enterprise i BPMS application. Comparable i BPMS include Agile Point, K2, and Nintex. If the candidate requests consideration of another i BPMS tool, they must provide system details for the alternate i BPMS that explains how it is similar and different to Cora Se Quence. They must also possess a valid training certificate for the enterprise i BPMS tool with which they claim experience – minimum required training for Cora Se Quence is Cora Orchestration Fundamentals;
• At least 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years as an MS Share Point Site Collection or Site Administrator with at least 1 year of experience administering an MS Share Point 2016 or above farm.

Duties/role:

• Developing and maintaining the HRDS Share Point sites on multiple networks (response time is within 1 and 3 days);
• Supporting the data administration of HRDS Share Point Sites (response time is within 1 and 3 days);
• Maintaining security and authority of HRDS Share Point sites (on demand, response time is within 1 and 3 days).
