Spa Manager

The Hotel Brussels is seeking a dynamic Spa-Wellness-Fitness Manager to lead the operations of our brand-new, state-of-the-art 400 square meter spa/wellness & fitness. As the Spa Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our spa as guest services enhancement and create a calm, tranquil oasis offering a gentle escape from the rush of the city—and a welcome respite from everyday stresses.
Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience:

Oversee the daily operations & reservations of the spa, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable functioning.
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.
Cultivate strong client relationships through continuous engagement, build long-term relationships and develop client loyalty for selected external guests.
Develop a unique customer experience.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent delivery of services.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage the spa's annual budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s financial goals.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and packages to drive business and maximize revenue.

Sales & Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local businesses.
Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative services and treatments to attract and retain clients.

Inventory & Maintenance:

Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels of products and supplies. (Mainly with Codage https://www.codageparis.com/)
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that all spa equipment and facilities are in top condition.
Implement and monitor health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
