Job Location: Rue de Namur 72, 1000 Brussels

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of your store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation. You will adhere to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, and risk & compliance structures. By leading and engaging your team you will create great guest experiences leading to an optimized overall store performance.
Your overall success in this position depends on the degree to which you can lead, develop, and retain a highly engaged team, where all operational conceptual in-store requirements are followed to deliver best-in-class guest experiences turning regular customers into beloved returning guests. Ultimately you are accountable for meeting the cost budget, reaching the store’s sales targets, and EBITDA through existing and new company initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – What you’ll do
- Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, while ensuring conceptual store structures are maintained, by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards, resulting in the highest local standards and ratings.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and engage your team through development plans and feedback, in-store training, team meetings, and securing the employee engagement score that meets or exceeds the true benchmark score.
- Guest Experience: Ensure a guest-first approach, building strong guest relations through your local community by our brand behavior principles and hereby increase overall guest loyalty and overall optimized store performance.
- Performance Management: Accountable for building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to achieve or exceed defined KPI targets.
- Recruitment Practices: Responsible for the candidate selection, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members, optimal team positioning, and future store talent pipeline.
- Value-Based Leadership: Effectively lead your team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Experience in operating store(s) in a food & beverage chain is a requirement
- Experience in leading teams of +10 employees
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and performance management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent contract
Pay: From €2.300,00 per month
