Strategic Account Manager BELUX Vision Care

Working in close partnership with the Business Development Managers and the Professional Education Team, you play a pivotal role in strategic up selling to eye care professionals throughout Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Consultation and customer engagement: Close collaboration with decision-makers, ECPs, and store teams to achieve jointly agreed goals.
- Introduction of digital platforms: Implementing Alcon’s digital solutions for customer acquisition and retention, especially in the subscription systems area.
- Planning and conducting training and fitting events: Supporting and improving the end consumer purchasing experience.
- Maximizing the visibility of Alcon products: Through POS materials and merchandising initiatives.
- Collaboration with the Business Development Manager and other departments: Developing and implementing a first-class business support model.
- Experience: Over 5 years in sales, knowledge of optical retail is a big plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Customer Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales performance through effective account management and customer engagement strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
