Position Summary
Our Brussels office offers graduated law students the chance to gain experience and training from an international law firm through a summer internship program. By working closely with senior associates and partners, you will be involved in advising clients on a broad range of EU competition law questions, antitrust and merger control investigations conducted by the European Commission, litigation before the EU Courts, as well as other EU regulatory issues (State aid, trade, Digital Markets Act, Digital Service Act, etc.). Our summer trainee program runs for one month, the next period will start in July 2025. Our trainees work on a full-time basis.

Qualifications
Law students interested in a position as Summer Trainee - Antitrust Practice:
- Need to have a Degree in EU law and relevant national legal experience or experience at one of the European institutions and have their focus of interest on competition law;
- Candidates need to be outgoing and resilient, with strong communication and social skills and a high degree of commitment to the job;
- A fluent level in English is required. Knowledge of another language is desirable;
- Previous work experience in a law firm is a plus;
- Candidates must have very good analytical skills;
- Candidates will show diligence, attention to detail, professionalism, eagerness to learn, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team;
- Candidates should have very good computer skills.

- This is a trainee role based in Brussels.
