Supply Chain Project Manager

Job description
- Drive the execution of inventory policies to achieve Net Working Capital targets across the group and Business Units.
- Provide insightful reporting on inventory performance to senior leadership through comprehensive monthly analysis, covering key metrics such as inventory volumes, value, and management of slow-moving and obsolete stock.
- Foster a global supply chain community, promoting best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead strategic supply chain projects at the group level, including logistics network optimization, stock management, planning, and warehousing.
- Customize and implement the Si OP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process with Business Units to ensure product availability aligns with service standards and customer demand.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize the inbound supply chain and reduce lead times.
- Advise and enhance planning processes from raw materials through to finished goods for optimal efficiency.
Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent through a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with industry experience preferred (textiles is a plus, but not required).
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest supply chain practices, tools, and technologies.
- Strong expertise in both long-term and short-term planning, from sales forecasting to delivery, including raw material sourcing and familiarity with production processes.
- Solid understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude toward operational tasks.
- Strong ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, inspiring and convincing others effectively.
- Highly analytical with a sharp business acumen.
- Skilled in managing change and navigating resistance.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed or decentralized organization.
