Job description
- Assist in optimizing the Bekaert Deslee website for improved search engine visibility using SEO best practices (both on-page and off-page) and test paid search campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creating and executing personalized email marketing campaigns—from data collection to performance analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights to the team by analyzing the performance of digital marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
- Support website optimization efforts, update marketing content, and ensure internal platforms align with digital marketing objectives.
- Contribute to innovative digital projects, exploring new approaches to lead generation and customer engagement.
Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Digital Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, with a foundational understanding of SEO, SEA, email marketing strategies, and web optimization.
- A data-driven mindset with an interest in analyzing marketing metrics and using analytics tools.
- Familiarity with website optimization tools, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- A proactive learner, excited to develop new skills and experiment with innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other departments to reach shared goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work from our Waregem office a few days per week.
