Systems Engineer - Endpoint Management

Job description
-
Endpoint management environment
- Deployment tools for operating systems
- Application delivery management (packaging, updating, Citrix)
- Endpoint security tools
- Optimize and maintain the patching process for endpoints
- Optimize and maintain the patching process for server systems
- Follow up on technical evolutions in the market that can improve our endpoint management systems
- Create reports based on KPI’s provided by the IT leadership team
- 3rd line support for support engineers worldwide
- Collaborate with our trusted partners and other IT teams regarding endpoint management solutions
- Knowledge of scripting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Patch My Pc is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Cyber Ark EPM is a plus
- Travel: approximately 5-10% of the year to our remote sites worldwide.
