Overview:
The Scrum Master will support the Customer Servicing and Efficiency Tribe in driving the Contact Strategy of the Bank. The role focuses on enhancing remote contact interactions through automation, process optimization, and fraud prevention , phishing, vishing. As a key reference in agile projects, the Scrum Master ensures the squad’s global understanding and application of the Scrum methodology. They act as both a coach and protector of the team, ensuring a distraction-free environment for maximizing project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Follow-up:
Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other key meetings.
Schedule and manage the key steps of the Scrum methodology.
Ensure smooth use of Scrum practices and help the squad overcome obstacles.
Provide support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.
Assist in the delivery of the Definition of Done (Do D), Sprint Backlog, etc.
Track team capacity and velocity metrics to inform planning and progress.
Provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
Project Methodology and Coaching:
Coach and challenge the squad while promoting self-organization.
Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from external distractions.
Create and track delivery timelines, acting as the Feature Delivery Owner.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and support within the squad.
Serve as an ambassador for agile methods, ensuring their proper deployment within the company.
Provide management with regular reports on the progress of Scrum methodology within projects.
Manage risks and issues proactively.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 8 years of relevant experience in agile project management.
Mandatory experience in using agile reporting and follow-up tools ([*****], Rally).
Understanding of automated unit testing, functional testing, and continuous integration tools.
Solid understanding of software development and project management methodologies.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with IT Architecture and Full Stack development.
Knowledge of the banking sector and its products.
Experience with CHATBOT solutions.
Languages:
Dutch: Native or French Fluent.
French: Native or Dutch Fluent.
English: Mandatory proficiency with one local language (Dutch/French).
Work Environment:
50% onsite, 50% remote working expectation.
