Job Description:
Norditube Technologies SE is seeking a visionary General Manager to drive our pipeline rehabilitation business in Belgium and spearhead our expansion into Europe, Africa, and South America, with the ultimate goal of achieving market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Insight and Strategic Planning:
> Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and increase profitability.
> Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
2. Business Development:
> Lead the expansion of our business across Europe, Africa, and South America.
> Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
3. Sales Team Management:
> Oversee the daily operations of the sales team.
> Set sales targets and ensure the achievement of in team sales.
4. Production and Supply Chain Management:
> Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer demands.
> Manage the supply chain to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Technical Innovation:
> Lead initiatives for the improvement and modernization of production technologies
6. Management Coordination:
> Interface with the headquarters for strategic planning and operational management.
Requirements:
1. Sales Experience:
Proven track record in sales of no-dig pipeline rehabilitation solutions.
2. Industry Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of the production processes in no-dig rehabilitation enterprises.
3. Team Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to manage a team with a history of achieving significant sales figures.
4. Language Skills:
Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
Location:
The position is based in Liège, Belgium, with regular office presence required.
Desired Qualifications:
> A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
> A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the pipeline rehabilitation industry.
> Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
