Job Description
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our research activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our market data.
Responsibilities:
Data Management and Validation

• Comprehend and navigate the structure and organization of the company database.
• Input, manage, filter, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Regularly verify and update critical data points, using internal and external data sources.

Reporting and Visualisation

• Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI to showcase key business metrics.
• Use MS Excel to input and analyze data, prepare reports, and ensure data consistency between systems.
• Ensure alignment and accuracy between dashboards, reports, and CRM systems by standardizing and linking data.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity across all systems.

General Software Utilization

• Leverage MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Power Point, to support daily tasks, reporting, and presentations.
• Integrate data insights from Power BI into reports and presentations for effective communication.

Qualifications
Educational Background:

• Enrolled in a degree program in Data Analytics, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Foundational knowledge of data modeling and relational database concepts.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with data visualization and competitive analysis tools.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus.
