- You are a HR Project Manager with a strong interest in HR Business Partner matters.
- You will be part of an enthusiastic Talent team and contribute to Deloitte’s Simply Irresistible Organisation strategy.
- Your role will be twofold: as a Talent Project Manager, you lead and manage the delivery of key HR projects within the organization. And as a Talent Business Partner, you build strong and sustainable relationships with your business leadership teams and take responsibility for the future of your business groups.
- You understand and perceive the organization as well as its dynamic context. You have the ability to look at the bigger picture.
- You show leadership and act as a critical and trusted sparring partner, you have the ability to identify talent challenges, take an advisory/facilitating role in addressing them and turn them into talent action plans.
- You will work in close cooperation with the other members of the SRTA Talent team (HR BP’s, Talent Support, L&D) and the national HR specialist teams (Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Personnel Administration, Learning, Knowledge Management).
Talent Project Manager:
- You lead and manage the delivery of key HR projects within our organization. This includes the planning, executing and monitoring of HR projects from initiation to closure.
- You define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- You develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
- You coordinate and lead team project members, including HR professionals and external vendors.
- You monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
- You communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- You ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- You take the employee experience to the next level in order to strengthen individual, team, business performance.
- You actively lead the talent management agenda of your business.
- You drive the rollout and implementation of the existing Talent processes conform the yearly Talent calendar (onboarding, performance and talent management, mobility, engagement and retention, reporting…) within your business group.
- You advise your business leadership on specific or complex talent questions, adoption of new Talent initiatives and team development.
- You actively identify talent gaps, propose and implement mitigation actions.
- You connect well with the people of your business in order to get a good understanding of what lives within the organization, act as talent sounding board, pulse the level of engagement, identify talent challenges which should be addressed.
- You own the specific talent communication towards your business group.
- You are challenged to think creatively, come up with new ideas and translate them into projects and processes.
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in preferably an economical/industrial psychology or Human Resources orientation.
- You have 5 years of experience in a project management role, and some experience (or showing a strong interest in) HR Business Partner/HR generalist matters.
- Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives – you are proactive and are able to manage resistance/setbacks.
- You demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders.
- You have experience in a relevant business environment (consultancy services, fast moving, complex).
- You know how to use reporting/analytics to drive projects.
- You have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French, and have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- You have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- You work accurately, are flexible and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
- You are analytical and goal-oriented.
- You are a true team player.
