We are looking for a Temporary Facilities Coordinator, to join the team at Exxon Mobil (Antwerp)
Good knowledge of English, and Dutch is required.
This position provides services support to the Facility Services provided by CBRE on the site of APP (Zwijndrecht).

Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Facility Supervisor AMPP.

Main objectives lie within:
  • Admin support to the facility department at APP.
  • Coordinate moves.
  • Coordinate fabric works or repairs: painting of walls, installation of ceilings, flooring.
  • Propose optimization on move programs aligned with the expectations in SLA according the CBRE-EM contract or specific agreement in deadline with local customer.
  • Coordination of maintenance on technical equipments (electrical,HVAC, Civil/Fabric) in the buildings assigned to CBRE for support in Facility Services (Hard and Soft)
  • Assistance in communication with local customer.
  • Provide daily assistance to CBRE technicians or sub-contractors dedicated to the execution of tasks in consequence of requests in Emerge (Preventive Maintenance or Curative Maintenance).
  • Perform regular safety evaluation in execution of moves, cleaning and catering.
  • Responsible for follow-up on requests in Emerge (FMIS platform).
  • Responsible for daily reporting on status in progress of tasks generated by Emerge to the Facility Supervisor AMPP.
  • Responsible for timely requests on MOC (Management of change) or COD (Control of Defeat) when applicable.

Required skills:
Education:
  • Degree of Facility Management or equivalent by experience, and practical skills related to Soft/Hard Services and planning/coordination.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (on FMIS systems would be a plus)

  • Team player
  • Team leader (guidance to his/her team of movers/technicians)
  • Ownership of planning, budget and administration
  • Problem solver, with good feeling for realistic and simple solutions
  • Organizes own work and priorities within agreed objectives
  • Good communicator to all levels of the local organization

Languages: Dutch, English and French (optional)
