Description and Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other Essential Qualities:
- Manual and Automation of API/Front End tests Web suites using existing and new frameworks as cucumber and ruby
- Assist Technical Support to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
- Analyze results and deliver test summaries and recommendations to the product team
- Investigate results script failures in automated test plans.
- Ability to enjoy the challenges of your work and see them as opportunities to learn
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and skills troubleshooting expertise
- Experience applying test methodologies, create test plans, execute & automate test cases.
- Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS), SQL or another DB.
- Have knowledge in some CI/CD like Jenkins or Gitlab CI.
Other Essential Qualities:
- Must be thorough, precise and have a strong eye for detail
- Able to work independently on tasks while also being able to work well within a dynamic Agile/scrum team
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented focus
- Have a passion for “breaking things” and a desire to learn from each QA tas
- Bachelor's degree
- Able to work Hybrid (3x Office 2x Home office)
