Description and Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manual and Automation of API/Front End tests Web suites using existing and new frameworks as cucumber and ruby
Assist Technical Support to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
Analyze results and deliver test summaries and recommendations to the product team
Investigate results script failures in automated test plans.
Ability to enjoy the challenges of your work and see them as opportunities to learn

Technical Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and skills troubleshooting expertise
Experience applying test methodologies, create test plans, execute & automate test cases.
Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS), SQL or another DB.
Have knowledge in some CI/CD like Jenkins or Gitlab CI.

Other Essential Qualities:

Must be thorough, precise and have a strong eye for detail
Able to work independently on tasks while also being able to work well within a dynamic Agile/scrum team
Have strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented focus
Have a passion for “breaking things” and a desire to learn from each QA tas
Bachelor's degree
Able to work Hybrid (3x Office 2x Home office)
