Job Title: Associate Producer
We are looking for an Associate Producer who will be responsible for running a game service. The ideal candidate will keep positive communication between companies and departments (Brazil team, US team, Studio, HQ business team and in-house management) and effectively collaborate while planning for future updates, promotions and events.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Brazil team and other internal and external teams on game matters related to balance, bugs, and events.
Continuously examine live operations key metrics and user feedback to derive insights on player trends and behavior to improve all aspects of title quality and maintain long term success of published titles
Use data and statistics on game design, balance, user base, etc to plan and submit event ideas
Create recommendation proposals based on target market insights in order to add value to the game product and services
Produce various reports including weekly reports, sales reports and yearly reports
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Internet.
Passion for games of all types on all platforms.
Minimum 3-5+ years of work experience in gaming/mobile/PC production management.
Ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
Previous experience working in a project or people management role.
Experience in dealing with different IP stakeholders.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Korean language skills a plus

Highly organized, resourceful, enthusiastic, and self-directed; able to keep on an assigned track without regular supervision with autonomy, in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required (both written and verbal) while comfortable with disseminating information to staff and management.
Must excel at following up on task completion, identifying dependencies, and set priorities in order to meet deadlines.
Strong time management, coordination, and work ethic required, with the ability to complete multiple concurrent tasks and manage multiple projects
Interested in being in the trenches, involved with day-to-day decisions and providing support to multiple teams including business development, marketing, PR, operations, creative, QA, and more.
A love and passion for of games, game development, and the game business in general.
Experienced and/or knowledgeable about a wide range of game genres popular in today’s market including PC, console, and mobile.
