Billing and Collections Analyst - Brazil

Brasil, Rio De Janeiro – Full time – Apply before 11.01.25 What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Billing and Collection Analyst for Brazil, reporting to the Brazil Finance Manager.
What challenges await you?

• Manage the billing and collection processes within Brazil
• Compute, check and review the invoices and credit notes
• Ensure that invoices comply with local tax regulations
• Detect, report and remediate revenue leakage
• Identify and report problems with a sense of urgency, partnering with the business to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Request billing from the various providers and intercompany colleagues
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts
• Create templates and upload invoices as required by each customer
• Update and track the status of invoices.
• Interact directly with customers, both external and internal, to resolve issues and drive cash collections
• Coordinate activities with Brazilian Commercial Teams
• Report, on a monthly basis, the revenues per customers and per products to the CFO and Commercial Intelligence team
• Generate documentation regarding local billing rules in Brazil

What do we expect from you?

• Be a professional with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Have advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in process improvement and automation in control implementation.
• Work with best practices to maximize area performance.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
