We are looking for a proactive and accountable Product Manager with a strong technical background and a commercialization approach. The candidate will manage transactional products such as Pix (Pay in and Pay out), Traditional Cash, Tax; ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy with a focus on transactional products.
- Proactively gather and prioritize customer requirements and market needs.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly with transactional products, specially Pix and all the regulations standards.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience with client facing approach.
