Consultant – Financial Institutions (Mid-Level)

ERM is seeking a Consultant – Financial Institutions (mid-level) to join our Sustainable Finance team in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

Play a leading technical role in delivering ESG advice to financial institutions
-
Manage workstreams or smaller projects, reporting internally to Team Leaders and Partners and externally to client representatives
-
Execute complex technical tasks within client projects
-
Lead meetings and presentations to clients
-
Write technical reports and prepare executive presentations
-
Guide analysts and researchers and review their deliverables
-
Contribute with improvement of methodologies and approaches of service offerings
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years of experience in a consulting role delivering technical ESG projects to financial institutions OR 4 years of experience in the sustainability or ESG risk function of a financial institution
-
Strong knowledge of ESG factors and ESG frameworks for the financial sector, such as PRB, PCAF, ESMS, Impact Management, IFC PS, BCB norms
-
Familiarity with financial markets and financial instruments

Excellent writing skills in Portuguese
-
Advanced level of English required; fluency desired to join international projects

Advanced user of the MS Office suite, mainly Power Point and Excel; Power BI and other data visualization software are a plus

Academic background in engineering, business or economic fields; post-graduation in ESG related disciplines is a plus
