About the Position:
We are looking for a dedicated Content Moderator, fluent in Portuguese and based in Brazil, to help maintain the online integrity of the platforms we manage. This role is crucial for ensuring our digital spaces remain safe, respectful, and positive for all users. Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote position while collaborating with our team!
Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our platforms, ensuring compliance with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• Respond to user questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Work with our team to improve moderation policies and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus).
• Flexibility with working hours in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in content moderation is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
