• Plan, study, research and develop new Process, innovation systems to improvement
• Propose Innovation in existing machines, process, products.
• Monitor prototypes in factory, supporting Design R&D team.
• Conduct technical and technological prospecting, identifying needs for improvements of products / process
• Conduct evaluations of projects and products, issue reports and technical opinions
• develop projects of modifications of products and process
• Develop products, elaborating designs, specifications, prototypes, materials, process.
• monitor the construction, tests and analysis of results
• Lead research projects, feasibility analyses of products
• Participate in activities of qualification, certification and homologation of new machines or production process.
• Search and implement cost-effective and saving opportunities in all possible products
• Technical support to the factory in industrialization phases

• Bachelor’s in engineering (Electrical preferred);
• Experience in energy cable manufacturing (Telecom will be differential)
• Proven experience with R&D/manufacturing.
• Problem solving and goal orientation - pragmatics for solving engineering problems;
• Flexibility and ability to manage changes during the project or task;
• Advanced English, written and spoken; (Spanish will be differential);
• Advanced Excel (macros and VBA will be differential);
