Resumo do Cargo:

Oportunidade de Estágio na área de Logística voltada principalmente aos programas de Excelência Operacional como: redução de custos e controle, Segurança e Meio Ambiente, Manutenção, Qualidade, Produtividade e Orçamentos. Integração e comunicação com outros departamentos serão constantes, havendo assim uma grande exposição de suas ações junto as outras áreas. Contato diário com processos relacionados as atividades de distribuição logística e transportes. Muito importante o conhecimento do pacote Office Windows e Google suits para uso diário. Participação mensal em reuniões junto a divisão América Latina em inglês. Vontade para aprender novos processos é muito importante para o candidato a vaga.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Consolidação Mensal dos KPI’s de produtividade do Warehouse e Horas extras;
• Consolidação Mensal do Report de Objetivos da área de Customer Services e Logistics;
• Consolidação Mensal Scorecard de Customer Services e Logistics;
• Atualização do Plano de Manutenção do Prédio;
• Manutenção e gerenciamento dos Contratos com terceiros;
• Suporte no gerenciamento de Projetos de CAPEX, atualização do fluxo de investimento em sistema e follow up com responsáveis;
• Acompanhamento Semanal dos Custos Fixos e Variáveis;
• Análise de Despesas, solicitação de reclassificações de despesas indevidas, transferêcia/rateio de custos e provisões;
• Reconciliações mensais entre despesas orçadas e realizadas;
• Suporte ao Programa de projetos de economia através de brainstormings, atualização da base de dados, consolidação de reports e Follow up com responsáveis;
• Solicitação de Compras e Pagamentos através do sistema e Buy (SAP), Ariba;
• Suporte no processo de Budget;
• Suporte em Auditorias Internas e Externas, auxiliando na organização de documentos e apresentações.
• Dar suporte/ responsável por algumas ações do programa Colgate em Alerta/ Business Readiness.

Requisitos Necessários:

• Formação em Engenharia conclusão prevista para a partir de Dez/2026 - noturno;
• Idiomas Ingles Avançado / Espanhol Básico;
• Conhecimento Pacote Office / Google Suits;
• Veículo próprio.
