Job Summary:
Internship in Events and Training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creation of visual materials for events and training, ensuring brand consistency;
- Assistance in training programs;
- Monitoring and control of payments for events and training, ensuring compliance with the budget and
- the timely payment of expenses related to the Ariba system and direct contact with the financial, purchasing and tax team; control via transactions in the SAP system;
- Assistance in the execution of strategic events, workshops and training.
Requirements:
- Students of Advertising, Marketing or Business Administration;
- Graduation from Jun/2026;
- Study at night;
- Availability to intern from 9 am to 4 pm in the Vila Mariana region - South Zone;
- Basic to Intermediate Excel (Procv, Basic and Conditional Formatting);
- Basic to Intermediate English;
- Canva Intermediate.
Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Creativity;
- Good logical reasoning;
- Critical sense;
- Proactive (seeking to solve problems);
- A lot of willingness to learn;
- Dynamic;
- Organization/sense of priority;
- Posture in a corporate environment.
Differential:
- Knowledge in the Ariba system;
- Advanced Canva;
- Advanced English.
