As a Sales Executive at 1World Sync, responsibilities include the following:
For the team, we are looking for talented, communicative, agile, flexible, and passionate sales professionals. You will be an account manager: you will have direct contact with the customer, be able to solve any problems presented, will support contractual doubts.
Main activities:

  • The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
  • Carry out sales in a consultative manner, being responsible for the entire sales flow.
  • Actively prospect with potential customers.
  • Hold periodic meetings with suppliers in your portfolio, in order to propose new solutions.
  • Carry out follow-up according to the funnel stages.
  • Prepare, present and send commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions for closing deals;
  • Maintain the organization of the agenda and fill out the CRM assertively to highlight the information of each lead/client.
  • Negotiate retention with suppliers in possible Churn.
  • Carry out face-to-face visits when necessary.
  • Participation in fairs and other business events.
  • Identify improvements to the process and/or products.

Required Skills
and Experience:

  • Complete high school.
  • Commercial experience.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Skill with technology (use of notebooks, spreadsheets, systems and google tools);
  • Good problem solving, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Desirable English Language.

Technician and experience
:

  • Junior - 01 year of experience
  • Business Manager - Over 3 years of experience
  • Senior - Over 7 years of experience.
