Team Overview:
This role is to be part of marketing brazil team, specifically for media team vertical.
We are looking for person data driven, collaborative, with ownership and focused on results.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Supporting marketing team
  • Focused on results and contribution with relevance insights of daily media professional tasks improvements
  • Executing medium and complex common media daily tasks, showing clear signs of assertiveness autonomy
  • Having basic data analysis skills and able to execute common data analysis or data processing demonstrating assertives autonomy, meaning, able to propose analysis to be developed that can be useful for the projects you are working for.
  • Under clear guidance, able to advance matters and get results in accordance with the established work plan, showing clear signs of assertiveness autonomy
  • Proactively demand guidance when encountering challenges and difficulties to ensure that you get the work results as planned, exercising possibilities to solve and move forward with the difficulties
  • Comprehend the overall budget process and monthly key dates
  • Able to use systems to open POs, receive NFs and follow with payments
  • Responsible to keep media budget files updated and to accomplish monthly budget closeness guidance (e. g. Google, Meta and Tiktok)
Role Qualifications:
  • Must have minimum 2 years media experience
  • Required bachelor in Marketing ou Media courses
  • Required English language

Hard skills:
  • Deep knowledge of media metrics;
  • Knowledge about the objective of different media;
  • Knowledge how to read a media plan and argue small and medium media strategy
  • Build results and learning reports classified as medium complexity
  • Implementations and optimizations in campaigns;

Soft skills:
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively share relevant or appropriate information with others in the team
  • Builds collaborative and positive relationships with peers
  • Proactively seek opinion, guidance coaching from others (like supervisors and peers) to solve problems
  • Able to express yourself clearly and know how to use tools such as slides/systems to assist in conveying important information
  • Listen well and understand others correctly
  • Able to organize simple meetings and promote meeting efficiency through clear agenda and material preparation
  • Responsible to get, documented and frequently share with your supervisior and peers learnings and results about your responsabilities, recommending optimizations for marketing daily tasks
