Virtual Assistant (VA) for Video Creation & Social Media Management
Location: Remote (Brazil-based candidates preferred)

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

• Develop and manage a content calendar, coordinating all stages from planning to execution.
• Create and implement a cohesive social media strategy tailored for platforms like You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, and X.
• Stay updated on market trends in Southern California, blending local culture insights with content that resonates with target audiences.
• Conduct ongoing research on social media trends, algorithms, and viewer preferences to keep content relevant and engaging.

2. Video Production & Editing:

• Collaborate on video scripting for You Tube, ensuring content aligns with audience interests and brand goals.
• Edit videos with b-roll, graphics, titles, and creative visual assets to maintain high-quality standards.
• Repurpose videos into formats suitable for You Tube Shorts, Instagram/Facebook Reels, Tik Tok, Linked In, and X, maximizing reach and engagement.

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Track social media performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future content.
• Stay updated on emerging social media algorithms and viewer preferences to align content with best practices.

4. Ongoing Education & Market Awareness:

• Continuously study Southern California market trends and local culture to ensure content relevance.
• Keep up with digital marketing and social media best practices through self-study and adaptation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, video editing, and content creation.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable access to a VPN to ensure seamless access to tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, and X.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar effectively.
• Proficiency with video editing software (New AI tools, Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Self-motivated, innovative, and constantly up-to-date on digital and social media trends.
