Company Overview: Team Overview: Role Responsibilities:

• Monitoring KPIs to track marketplace performance and driver and passengers behavior, acting as fast as needed to improve experience;
• Supporting team on creating and executing incentives strategies on the PAX and DRV side to balance our marketplace and provide a good experience;
• Synthesizing analysis conclusions and generate relevant insights for users;
• Supporting the team with deeper analysis;

Role Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field;
• Strong sense of responsibility, hands –on approach, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability;
• Entrepreneurial, creative, hands-on mentality; Analytical skills
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Data modeling and SQL is a plus
• Desired intermediary english
• Base City: Sao Paulo (in-person work 3x per week).
