Our team is responsible for manage 4 and 2-wheels categories in 99App. Our main challenges are related to guarantee a balanced marketplace where users can have good experience in ride-hailing. The contact with stakeholders help us also ensure a good user experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitoring KPIs to track marketplace performance and driver and passengers behavior, acting as fast as needed to improve experience;
- Supporting team on creating and executing incentives strategies on the PAX and DRV side to balance our marketplace and provide a good experience;
- Synthesizing analysis conclusions and generate relevant insights for users;
- Supporting the team with deeper analysis;
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field;
- Strong sense of responsibility, hands –on approach, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability;
- Entrepreneurial, creative, hands-on mentality; Analytical skills
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Data modeling and SQL is a plus
- Desired intermediary english
- Base City: Sao Paulo (in-person work 3x per week).
