Nossa equipe é responsável por gerenciar as categorias de quatro rodas no 99App. Nossos principais desafios estão relacionados a garantir um marketplace equilibrado, onde os usuários possam ter uma boa experiência no transporte por aplicativo. O contato com as partes interessadas também nos ajuda a garantir uma boa experiência para os usuários.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitorar KPIs para acompanhar o desempenho do marketplace e o comportamento de motoristas e passageiros, agir rapidamente conforme necessário para melhorar a experiência;
- Apoiar a equipe com análises mais profundas;
- Apoiar a equipe na criação e execução de estratégias de incentivos do lado dos motoristas para equilibrar nosso marketplace e proporcionar uma boa experiência;
- Sintetizar as conclusões das análises e gerar insights relevantes para os usuários.
- Estudando Marketing, Finanças, Engenharia ou um campo relacionado;
- Forte senso de responsabilidade, abordagem prática, habilidade executiva, auto-motivação e capacidade de aprendizado rápido;
- Mentalidade empreendedora, criativa e prática; habilidades analíticas;
- Conhecimento em Excel e modelagem de dados é um diferencial;
- Inglês intermediário desejado;
- Cidade base: São Paulo (trabalho presencial 3 vezes por semana).
