- Developing and updating fare-related policies, including ride cancellation, waiting time fees, fallback rules, and more
- Monitoring and analyzing the impact of policies on operations and user satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective policy implementation and feature development
- Identifying opportunities for policy improvement and innovation on the platform
- Periodically reviewing policies to ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards
- Attending graduation
- Analytical Thinking
- Problem solving and creative thinking
- Proactive, hands-on, with high learning agility
- Attention to detail
- Interest in working in a dynamic environment
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (nice to have)
- Intermediate english level (nice to have)
- SQL knowledge or experience (nice to have)
