Finance Enterprise Partner - Manager

Roche Diagnostics is looking for a Finance Enterprise Manager to be based in São Paulo (Brazil) and be responsible for leading a team of specialists in providing expert financial guidance, business partnership, and valuable insights.
Key responsibilities:

Balance resource allocation across competing priorities, provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities and elaborate with business stakeholders priorities of investments and define with the business the expected outcome (e.g. ROI, other achievements or deliverables with post review analyses).

Act as Key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation.

Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results/metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions and coordinate with different parts of the local and global Finance organization.

Initiate cross functional and cross country working groups for improvements and problem solving that bring us forward in processes and business development and ensure review of monthly and annual reporting and plausibility checks with other Finance teams.

Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets, support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency and manage customer performance over the whole contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective.

Play an active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies. Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value.

Manage your team's activities and ensure continuous process improvement. You work towards improving knowledge management related to your activity and harmonizing practices. Organize and/or participate in cross-functional projects involving multiple functions of the company, building partnerships, challenging needs expression, and improving team productivity.
Main requirements:

Bachelor degree in Administration, Accounting or Engineering.

Post graduation or MBA.

Fluent in English and Advanced in Spanish.
-
10+ years of previous experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or correlated areas.

Previous experience as a people leader.
-
Ability to live Roche values (VACC).
-
Availability to work based in São Paulo (hybrid model: min 3 days in the office).
