Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in Transportation operations·
Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques.
Experience with the full staffing life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.
Candidates must be flexible to travel +30% of the time.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.

As a First Mile Operations Leader and reporting, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Amazon's first-mile Operations, and the Transportation teams. You'll manage a wide range of programs including: Seller's pickups, Seller's Self Deliveries, Direct Fulfillment, Vendor Flex and Ship with Amazon, encompassing both Amazon's own pickup operations and 3P carrier nationwide. This role will serve as a critical liaison between Business, Seller Operations, and Transportation teams, reporting directly to Transportation Director. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will drive structural and design changes, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and positioning Brazil as the World Wide Best Amazon benchmark for first-mile excellence.

Experience in sellers' pickup operation nationwide.
Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field and MBA preferred.
Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons.
Experience managing diversity of culture in organizations as well as matrix structure of organization.
