The IT Analyst is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Planning application (technology: Kinaxis Rapid Response) and associated interfaces (SAP, Terminal Systems, etc.) used globally by the Fuels businesses. He/she will work as part of the global support team on base support, enhancements, projects, and business consulting as required.

What role you will play in our team

What you will do
About you
Nice to have skillsets:
- Knowledge and hands-on functional experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Familiarity of SAP SD, MM modules
- Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks (i.e. Scrum and KANBAN)
- Experience with Apache NIFI or similar tools.
Soft skillsets:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills. Working experience coordinating activities with other support teams or business clients.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and work with less experienced analysts in order to develop SAP problem solving, support and technical skills.
